Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Outsize (the "Service"), a website that sells paid listings on a public leaderboard. By buying a listing or using the site, you agree to them.

1. Who you are buying from

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Dodo Payments is the seller of record for your order: it charges you, collects any applicable tax, issues the invoice and appears on your bank statement. Their terms also apply to the payment itself. Outsize creates and operates the product.

2. What you get

When your payment is confirmed, your listing is published automatically. It includes:

• A public entry on the leaderboard.
• A do-follow link to the URL you submitted.
• A name, short description and icon, taken automatically from the public metadata of the site you submitted.
• A rank and an illustration whose size reflects the amount paid.

Listings are published within seconds of payment. There is no account to create and nothing to download.

3. Pricing

• Listing — you choose your own amount, from 5 $ upwards. One-time payment. No subscription, no recurring charge.
• Lend a hand — 10 $, one-time, added to an existing listing.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Taxes are calculated and added at checkout by Dodo Payments according to your country.

4. Ranking is not permanent

Your position is determined solely by the total amount paid on your listing. Anyone may pay more at any time and move above you. This is the entire point of the Service, and losing your position is not a defect and is not grounds for a refund. We do not guarantee any specific rank, for any period of time.

5. No guarantee of results

We publish a do-follow link. We do not control search engines, and we make no promise about traffic, rankings, indexing, domain authority or any other outcome. Search engines may treat paid links however they choose, including ignoring or penalising them. You are responsible for deciding whether a paid link is appropriate for your site.

6. What you may not submit

You may not submit a link to content that:

• is illegal in your country or in France, where the Service is operated;
• distributes malware, phishing pages or deceptive downloads;
• contains sexual or pornographic material, or content involving minors;
• promotes hatred, harassment or violence against people or groups;
• infringes someone else's trademark, copyright or other rights;
• advertises weapons, controlled substances, gambling or financial scams;
• impersonates a person or an organisation you do not represent.

You confirm that you have the right to submit the link and to have the site's name, description and icon displayed.

7. Removal

We may remove a listing that breaks section 6, that points to a site which stops working, or that we are legally required to take down. No refund is due in those cases — see our Refund Policy, which lists the only two situations where we refund.

You can ask for your own listing to be removed at any time by emailing outsize.top@proton.me. Removing a listing does not entitle you to a refund once it has been published.

8. Parody

Outsize is a humorous parody of outbid.lol. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to outbid.lol or to any company listed on the leaderboard. The illustrations are cartoons and are meant as a joke. Listings themselves are a genuine, paid advertising placement.

9. Availability and liability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not promise it will be available without interruption or free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the listing concerned. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the last change. Changes do not apply retroactively to listings already published.
