Privacy Policy

Last updated August 28, 2026

This policy explains what Outsize does with personal data. We keep as little as possible, because the Service barely needs any: there are no accounts and nothing to log into.

1. Who is responsible

Outsize is the data controller for the data described below. You can reach us at outsize.top@proton.me for any question or request concerning your data.

For the payment itself, Dodo Payments acts as our Merchant of Record and is the controller of the billing data it collects. See their own privacy policy at dodopayments.com/privacy-policy.

2. What we collect

3. What we never see

We never receive or store card numbers, bank details or billing addresses. Those go straight to Dodo Payments and its payment providers. We only learn that a payment succeeded, for how much, and the email address attached to it.

4. Why we use it

5. Cookies

We set one cookie, used by the site to keep your browsing session working (and to protect forms against cross-site request forgery). It is strictly necessary, so it needs no consent banner. We use no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics.

6. Who else sees your data

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising. Note that the content of a listing — the link, name, description and icon — is published deliberately and is visible to everyone.

7. How long we keep it

A listing and its email address are kept while the listing is published. If you ask us to delete your listing, we remove it and the associated email address. Records that Dodo Payments must keep for accounting and tax purposes are kept by Dodo under its own retention rules, typically for several years.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it. Write to outsize.top@proton.me and we will answer within one month. Because we hold so little, most of these requests take us minutes.

You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. In France that is the CNIL (cnil.fr).

9. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
