Refund Policy

Last updated August 28, 2026

Payments are final and non-refundable. A listing is a one-time purchase, published within seconds of payment. There is no subscription, nothing renews, and nothing can be cancelled after the fact.

You are told the amount before you pay, and the listing appears immediately afterwards. The completed payment is what claims the rank.

1. The only exception

We refund when you did not receive what you paid for, which in practice means one of two things:

That is the whole list. In both cases we refund in full without discussion, because the fault is ours.

2. What is not a refund reason

3. Your rights under the law

Nothing on this page removes rights you have by law. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract — but for digital content that right ends once delivery has begun with your agreement, which is what happens here: your listing goes live seconds after you pay.

4. Dodo Payments has the final word

Dodo Payments is our Merchant of Record and the legal seller of your order. It may issue a refund on its own initiative — for example to settle a card dispute or to comply with the law — regardless of this policy. We do not overrule those decisions.

5. Talk to us before your bank

If something went wrong, email outsize.top@proton.me with the address you paid with and the link you submitted. We answer within a few business days, and a genuine problem is usually settled the same week.

Please do not go straight to a chargeback. It costs both sides fees, takes weeks, and an email solves the real problems faster. Listings involved in a chargeback are removed.
